- 1tbsp oil
- 300g mushrooms, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2tbsp garam masala
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- Small piece of root ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 2 flatbreads
- Handful of chopped fresh coriander
- Small handful of mint leaves, chopped
- 150ml natural yogurt
- Salt, to taste

- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the mushrooms. Fry for around 5 minutes over a medium heat until golden.
- Add the garlic, garam masala, chilli and ginger, and fry for a further 2 minutes.
- Tip the cooled mixture onto a large baking tray and spread it out evenly.
- Lay the flatbreads on top and sprinkle the coriander and mint leaves over the top.
- Spread the yogurt over the top and season with salt, to taste.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C/Gas Mark 5 for 15-20 minutes, until the flatbreads are golden and crisp.

- Add the nutritional yeast, parsley, sage, paprika, salt and pepper, and cook for a further 2–3 minutes.
- Add the soya sauce and mix everything together.
- Add the olive oil, and fry for a further 2–3 minutes until all the flavours are combined.
- Serve with a side dish and enjoy!
