  6. Once the mixture has fermented and cooled, siphon it into a sterilized beer bottling bucket or keg.
  7. Bottle the beer and add 1 teaspoon of sugar to each bottle.
  8. Let the beer condition for at least 3 weeks in a cool, dark area, and enjoy.
