1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease and flour a 12-cup bundt cake pan. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and vanilla extract. Set aside.
