- 1½ cups (360mL) heavy whipping cream
- ¾ cup (170g) finely chopped Ferrero Rocher candies, about 12 candies
- 1¼ cups (300mL) condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- First, add the heavy whipping cream to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment.
- Then, beat on medium-high for about 2 minutes, or until soft peaks form.
- Next, add in the chopped Ferrero Rocher candy, condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- After that, beat on low for about 15 seconds, then increase the speed to medium-high and beat for an additional 1 minute, or until combined.
- Use a rubber spatula to scrap down the sides of the bowl, and then beat on medium-high one more time for an additional minute.
- Grab a 9” by 5” bread pan, then line with parchment paper. Make sure you leave a few inches of parchment paper overhanging on the sides so that you can remove the ice cream later.
- Add the ice cream mixture to the pan and spread into an even layer with a rubber spatula.
- Finally, add a few pieces of Ferrero Rocher candy on top and lightly press them into the ice cream. Cover with a layer of parchment paper, and then freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
