• 2 cups of butter, softened
• 2 pounds of cooked, shredded chicken
• 1 cup of salsa or enchilada sauce
• 2 tablespoons of chili powder
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

In a bowl, mix together the masa harina, baking powder, and salt. Slowly add in the chicken broth and butter and mix with a spoon or electric mixer until a smooth and thick dough forms. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, salsa or enchilada sauce, chili powder, and garlic powder.
