To make the martini, fill a cocktail shaker half way with ice. Next, add the gin, vermouth, creme de cocoa and the bitters. Shake until the shaker is cold and frosty. Strain the mix into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist, skewer of olives, or flamed orange peel.

Next up, the Irish Coffee. For this drink you’re going to need two ounces of Irish whiskey, two teaspoons of brown sugar, strong coffee and some heavy cream.
Pour the whiskey and sugar into a mug and then fill the mug with coffee to an inch below the rim. Cream should dribble slowly onto the top of the drink when poured. To get the traditional look, slowly pour the cream onto the back of a spoon. This will help you create the layering. Does it have to be heavy cream? No, but the drink will taste better if you do.
